This is the cover I did for the 4th issue of the comic book "REVERE" created by Ed Lavallee and drawn by Grant bond. Can't help but love a book about Paul Revere fighting off werewolves.

The book ran into a snag when it switched publishers but this issue should be in stores any day now, next week I believe. Please, check it out if you have not already, the book is great.

Spectacular work on this piece! One of my favorites in the gallery, as it reminds me a little of the movie "Brotherhood of the Wolf" only ten times better. Cheers!

Thanks! I was trying to go for that Brotherhood of the Wolf feel.

There really needs to be a re-thought of poem based on the midnight ride of Paul Revere. Something to make those American History classes more fun instead of boring " read pages 100 to 255" every single day in high school.

How those this sound:

Gather around children and you shall hear

Of the full moon terror of Paul Revere

I love the composition on this one. You've got so much going on but you still maintain a strong focus on the main werewolf and Revere. Even the malicious expression on the one werewolf in the lower left corner. It's all a pleasure to look at.

I'm sure if you ask your local comic shop they can track it down. IF not, I believe it can be found online. Try Amazon.com
