Just some fanart for one of my favorite Planet of the Apes movies, "Conquest of the Planet of the Apes".

Some people hate the sequels but I've always loved this one since I was a kid. It's just something about the ape slaves taking over a controlled society, good times.

I was wondering if you were going to do a piece for this. I guess it just took you a month after rewatching the movie to let the idea seep out onto your paper. Looks cool. Fave as usual.

My father took me and my brother to see this movie in the theater back in the early 70s. It was a double feature. Conquest of the Planet of the Apes was the first movie. After it ended we stayed for the second feature. It was 2000 Maniacs. It never dawned on my father that this movie wasn't for kids. We followed it up to the point where the girl gets her arm cut off on the kitchen table. At that moment me and my brother turned to our father and said, "Daddy, we don't like this movie!" It was only then we left.

My father was a bit of a nut, which is why I loved him.
